How to complain about something we have published, and what happens next.

If you believe something we have published is inaccurate, unfair, or in breach of our editorial standards, tell us through our contact form. Choose the Correction topic for a factual error, or Other for any other complaint, and include the article address and the passage you are complaining about.

We read every complaint. When we err, we correct promptly and visibly: corrections to published articles appear on the article page and on our corrections page.
